President of the Scientific Council
The Scientific Council is considered as the highest scientific body in the Faculty of Technology. It gives opinions and recommendations on all scientific issues under its authorities in accordance with the directives of the university’s administration. It is also responsible for the organization and content of the teaching in graduation (to add or finish some majors) and post-graduation (approval of research topics, proposal of the doctorate defense jury and university habilitation, organization and valuation of research works), approval of exchange programs and national and international cooperation (approval of training programs and university habilitation abroad for teachers and students enrolled in doctoral programs depending on the material resources of the faculty), as well as the scheduling and approval of the scientific events of the faculty, in addition to any scientific issue submitted by the Dean of the Faculty and the Chairs of the Scientific Committees of the Faculty departments within the limits of the prerogatives conferred to each one of them in the respect of the rules of procedure.
