The hydraulics department is one of the five departments of the Faculty of Technology at University of M’sila. It was created in 1985 as a National Education Institute of Hydraulics (INFH) then erected in the department in 2001 in the framework of the restructuring of University of M’sila as a result of the dissolution of the former National Education institute of Hydraulics (INFH).   Currently, a staff of twenty (20) Full Teachers / Researchers provide training and mentoring of about 200 students divided into three options: Urban hydraulics, hydraulic works and planning and electrical engineering and maintenance of hydraulic installations.   The Department has more than 03 modern educational laboratories to carry out the practical work of the various specialty modules.
