General Secretariat 

The General Secretariat of the faculty is responsible for the following tasks:

1. To prepare and execute the management of the faculty’s human resources plan project;

2. To manage the careers of faculty staff;

3. To ensure the management and preservation of the faculty’s archives and documentation;

4. To prepare the draft budget of the faculty and to ensure its execution;

5. To promote with the relevant structures of the Rectorate the scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of the students;

6. To manage the movable and immovable properties of the faculty and ensure their maintenance;

7. To ensure the implementation of the faculty’s internal security plan.

The General Secretariat of the Faculty responsible for  the internal security office comprises the following services:

1. Service of employees;

2. Service of  the budget and accountancy;

3. Service of the promotion of scientific, cultural and sports activities

4. Service of the means and the maintenance,
