The Institute of Urban Techniques Management Institute organized a study day on the modalities of writing the publication of scientific articles on 10/03/2020, by the activation of Prof. Farhi Abde allah from the University of Biskra and Professor Dalloum Asmahan from the University of M’sila, and this was attended by a group of researchers and PhD students.
