The nature of the training:

The TCE Institute has, since its establishment in 1981, been senior technicians in:

Urban Engineering

Building and architecture

Through this training, the graduate can practice the following tasks:

Preparing, reading and implementing building plans, building equipments, roads and various networks

Managing and following up the establishment of various networks (supply of drinking water,

Sanitation, electricity and gas supply, central heating, etc.). Within the frameworks

Determined by the rules of urban safety and security

Organizing, planning and coordinating the various urban equipping operations.

Long-term configuration:

The long-term training (5 years) includes the training of state engineers in running the cities

So that the graduate has a comprehensive view that enables him to deal with various vehicles

The city (analysis and decision-making) through its intervention in various urban development processes:

Preparation of various technical studies.

– Preparing the various plans necessary for the running of the city (urban waste management plan

Land occupancy plan, transportation plan … etc)

Managing and following up the various development and reconstruction processes within the frameworks of sustainable development.

– Through this training, the graduate can deal with various problems raised at the city level and find

Appropriate solutions within the framework of technical studies offices for urban preparation and the technical interests of groups

Configuration in the new system: LMD

The institute entered into training within the framework of the new system, starting in 2007/06

And by opening two specializations, namely: urban engineering and city management. The Master Open project was also prepared

(Managing natural hazards in the urban environment)

And a bachelor’s degree (city, environment and sustainable development) during the academic year 2009/2010
