القانون الخاص

يعتبر القانون الخاص قسما مهما من أقسام القانون نظرا للفروع التي يتضمنها لا سيما القانون المدني ، و القانون التجاري و قانون الأحوال الشخصية حيث تتناول فروع هذا القسم العلاقات الخاص من كل جوانبها سواء المتعلقة ببناء الأسرة والالتزامات المتبادلة بين الزوجين، أو حقوق الأبناء، أو كانت متعلقة بالمعاملات المالية بين أطراف مدنية أو تجارية مما يعترض حياة الفرد يوميا و لا شك أن لهذه المواضيع من الأهمية ما يستدعي دراسته و التعمق فيه، و يبرر التكوين في هذا التخصص.، خاصة في ظل زيادة حجم العلاقات الخاضعة للقانون الخاص و اتساعها و ما يتبعه من إشكالات جديدة تقتضي التخصص و التعمق .

يمكن لحامل شهادة ليسانس في هذا التخصص مواصلة مشواره في مجال الماستر في تخصصات فرعية أخرى أكثر تعمقا منها الأحوال الشخصية و قانون الأعمال، و هي تخصصات مفتوحة على مستوى قسم الحقوق بجامعة المسيلة أو تخصصات أخرى في جامعات الوطن كتخصص القانون العقاري و القانون التجاري و المسؤولية و العقود..و غيرها.

القانون العام

يتضمن القانون العام مجموعة من الفروع المهمة لا سيما القانون الدستوري والقانون الإداري و القانون الدولي و كل فروع القانون التي تنظم العلاقات التي تكون الدولة أو الولاية أو البلدية أو أحد المؤسسات العامة الإدارية طرفا فيها بصفتها صاحبة السيادة،و لا شك أن لهذه المواضيع من الأهمية ما يستدعي دراسته و التعمق فيه، و يبرر التكوين في هذا التخصص.

يمكن لحامل شهادة ليسانس في هذا التخصص مواصلة مشواره في مجال الماستر في تخصصات فرعية أخرى أكثر تعمقا منها :الدولة والمؤسسات العمومية، القانون الإداري ، القانون الجنائي، و هي تخصصات مفتوحة على مستوى قسم الحقوق بجامعة المسيلة أو تخصصات أخرى في جامعات الوطن كالإدارة و المالية، القانون الدستوري، مسؤولية دولية ، قانون دولي و حقوق الإنسان..و غيرها.

التخصص يغلب عليه الطابع الإداري و السياسي، حيث تهتم المواد المقررة فيه بدراسة الأنظمة السياسية و الإدارية و كذا القواعد الرسمية و غير الرسمية المؤثرة فيهما على مستوى مختلف الدول، وهذا التخصص يمهد لإكمال الدراسة في تخصص إدارة و حكامة محلية على مستوى الماستر.

علاقات دولية

يهتم هذا التخصص  بدراسة المواضيع التي لها علاقة بالتفاعلات التي تحصل على مستوى العالم، سواء من الناحية الفكرية أو العملية. ويحتوى على جملة من المواد ذات الصلة بالعلاقات الدولية لا سيما، القانون الدولي، التنظير في العلاقات الدولي، حقوق الإنسان، النزاعات الدولية، التكامل و الاندماج. يمكن لحامل شهادة الليسانس في هذا التخصص إكمال الدراسة في تخصص إستراتيجية وعلاقات دولية في الماستر .[:en]
