قانون الأعمال

يهدف التخصص إلى تزويد الطلبة بالمعارف الأساسية الخاصة بقانون الأعمال، من خلال دراسة القانون التجاري، الشركات التجارية، القانون البنكي ( تنظيم المهنة المصرفية و العمليات البنكية) قانون الاستثمار، التحكيم التجاري، دراسة القانون المصرفي دراسة تحليلية معمقة دراسة تحليلية للعقود التجارية الحديثة، تحليل ظاهرة الفساد المالي من حيث الأسباب المؤدية إليها وطرق مكافحتها

كما يهتم التخصص بجديد التشريعات المتعلقة بيئة الأعمال الجديدة  من خلال دراسة المسائل المتعلقة بالتجارة الالكترونية والعمليات المصرفية الالكترونية….   و يهدف إلى البحث عن السبل الجديد لمكافحة الجرائم المالية الحديثة

الدولة و المؤسسات العمومية

التخصص يهتم بدراسة القوانين المنظمة للهيئات الإدارية و الدستورية لا سيما رئاسة الجمهورية الوزارة، الولاية، البلدية، المؤسسات الإدارية المستقلة، مجلس الدولة، المحاكم الإدارية، محكمة التنازع، المجلس الدستوري من حيث تنظيمها و تحديد اختصاصاتها و علاقاتها مع الهيئات الأخرى.

قانون جنائي

يهدف تخصص القانون الجنائي إلى تزويد الطلبة بالمعارف الأساسية الخاصة بالجريمة و المجرم و العقوبة و سبل الحد من ظاهرة الإجرام و الوقاية منها ؛ كما يهدف إلى البحث عن  السبل الكفيلة بالقضاء على تفشي الجريمة في ظل القضاء على أسبابها ، ثم معاقبة المجرم مع احترام الحقوق و الحريات الأساسية للفرد..

• دراسة القانون الجنائي دراسة تحليلية معمقة
• التركيز على دور القانون الجنائي في حماية حقوق الإنسان
• تحليل ظاهرة الإجرام من حيث الأسباب المؤدية إليها
• التعرف على المذاهب المختلفة في معالجة الظاهرة
• دراسة علم العقاب للتعرف على أنجع الطرق لمعاقبة المجرم
• التعرف على الحالة النفسية و الاجتماعية للمجرم للتواصل معه و محاولة إدماجه في المجتمع

قانون إداري

يركز التخصص على المواد ذات الصلة بالإدارة العامة على مختلف المستويات المركزي و المحلي من ناحية التنظيم و الاختصاص و العلاقات المتبادلة بين هذه المؤسسات ، وكذا المنازعات الناشئة على ممارسة المؤسسات الدارية لنشاطها

أحوال شخصية

يهدف هذا التخصص إلى تمكين الطالب من الإلمام بموضوعات الأحوال الشخصية و التعمق فيها نظرا لأهميتها من جهة و من جهة أخرى حجم المشاكل المتصلة بالزواج و الطلاق و النسب و الميراث و الهبة و الوقف، و ذلك من خلال دراسة:

• الأحوال الشخصية دراسة تحليلية معمقة سواء في قانون لاأسرة أو القانون المدني أو قانون الحالة المدنية
• الزواج و أركانه، الطلاق و أسبابه ، النسب ، الأموال الوقفية ، الجنسية
• دراسة الأحوال الشخصية لغير المسلمين في الجزائر و للجزائريين خارج الوطن

إدارة وحكامة محلية

يتضمن محتوى التكوين في هذا التخصص التركيز على كيفية زيادة ورفع الكفاءة و الكفاية في أداء الإدارة المحلية على مستوى البلدية و الولاية قصد تحقيق التحسين المطلوب و الجودة المرجوة من الخدمة العمومية ، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من المواد كالتنمية الإدارية، الحكم الراشد، الإدارة المحلية، تنمية الموارد البشرية..

إستراتيجية وعلاقات دولية

يتضمن محتوى التكوين في هذا التخصص تعميقا لما تناوله الطالب في مرحلة الليسانس بدراسة الحالة الراهنة للتنظير في العلاقات الدولية وقضايا السياسة العالمية المعاصرة و الإستراتيجية والأمن الدولي و غيرها[:en]

Business Law

The specialization aims to provide students with basic knowledge of business law, through the study of commercial law, commercial companies, banking law (regulation of the banking profession and banking operations) investment law, commercial arbitration, study of banking law, an in-depth analytical study, an analytical study of modern commercial contracts, phenomenon analysis Financial corruption in terms of the reasons leading to it and ways to combat it

State and public institutions

Specialization is concerned with studying the laws regulating the administrative and constitutional bodies, especially the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministry, the state, the municipality, independent administrative institutions, the State Council, the administrative courts, the conflict court, the Constitutional Council in terms of organizing it and defining its terms of reference and relations with other bodies.

Criminal law
