Framework Agreement between the M’sila University and the Audiovisual Control Authority
Mohammed Boudiaf University of M’Sila signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with the Audiovisual Control Authority of the Ministry of Communication. Audiovisual Control Dr. Zouina Abdel Razzaq.
The signing ceremony took place at the level of the audiovisual studio at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences between the University of M’Sila represented by its director Prof. Kamal Badari and the audiovisual control authority represented by its president Dr. Zouina Abdel Razzaq.
It is worth mentioning that the audiovisual control authority signs this agreement, the first of its kind at the national level, with a prestigious national university such as the University of Messila.
The objective of the agreement is to expand cooperation and partnership between the university and the discipline authority by expanding the involvement of research professors and organizing national and international events, as well as facilitating the scientific research process by the discipline authority for students of media, communication, law students and political sciences.
The school day, which was held earlier this morning, witnessed an intensive presence of local authorities, led by the independent state authority to organize elections in M’sila and some of its members, as well as to benefit from the interventions of professors researching about the media and their role in the political process.
Prof. Kamal Badari, Rector of the University of Mohamed Boudiaf Messila, said that this agreement falls within the basic objectives of the university’s strategic plan 2017/2022 and is part of the openness and promotion of training and research.
