As part of the opening of the university to its economic and social environment, the Prime Minister oversaw the signing of a framework, partnership and cooperation agreement between the university and M’sila State, comprising five axes:
- Assessment of training and skills,
- Digital platforms,
- The establishment of the national health vigilance observatory,
- Create a common research laboratory,
- A joint committee in the field of law and public utility management.
