Mohamed BOUDIAF University of M’sila, in coordination with the Faculty of Human Sciences and the Department of Media and Communication Sciences, organized a national conference entitled: Reading in Executive Decree No 332/20. practice media activity via the internet and post the response or correction via the website, via remote conferencing technology on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
This conference was placed under the supervision of the Laboratory for Research and Studies of New Media, the Laboratory for Studies and Research in Law, Family and Administrative Development, and the Research Team on Media Law Reforms. in Algeria, and the activities of this conference were carried out in line with the various developments in the legal environment in order to try to keep pace with developments in the field. The media through the emergence of these new media pillars, to which the legislator should align itself according to certain particularities and taking into account the law regulating the media and the law regulating audiovisual activity, and the conference focused on:
- The new addition to this decree on the media scene.
- The most important aspects and points to focus on.
- The legal controls of this decree.
- The positive points of this decree.
