A partnership agreement between the National Unemployment Insurance Fund -M’sila Agency and Mohamed Boudiaf University – M’sila, to promote, develop and encourage entrepreneurship in the university community. The establishment of a framework for consultation and partnership allows the promotion and development of entrepreneurial thinking in the university community.
